Prompt Library: Save, Organize, Reuse
Save Prompts that work, keep them easy to find, and reuse them. After you sign in, the website and the extension share the same library.
How to open it
Website: Open My Prompts.
Extension: On a normal webpage, click a text box and type /p, or click the floating ball, then select My Prompts. If another tab opens, switch to My Prompts.
Create and save
In My Prompts, create a Prompt with a clear title and content. Add categories or tags. You can enable or disable a Prompt. The extension Options page can also manage the same library.
Optimize Prompt can save a result to My Prompts. Read it first and remove anything that should not stay.
Organize the library
Use categories for broad sections and tags for attributes that apply across categories. Keep a small number of stable names such as Writing, Product, Development, or Research.
Search by title or content and filter by category or tag.
Pin the Prompts you use most. Pinned Prompts appear before unpinned Prompts. Custom order is kept within the pinned group and within the unpinned group.
Define variables
Variables keep one structure while asking for details that change:
Write a {{format}} for {{audience}} in a {{tone}} tone about:
{{content}}Use short names such as audience, tone, content, language, or length. Repeating the same name reuses the same value. Keep fixed instructions outside the placeholders.
When you select a Prompt with {{variable}} placeholders, fill each required value. On the website, filling variables copies the result. In the extension, filling variables inserts into the current field.
Reuse on the website
In the website library, click a row (or press Enter/Space). If it has {{variables}}, fill them first. The resolved text is copied. You can also choose Optimize this to send the Prompt to Optimize Prompt.
The website does not insert into another site’s input field.
Reuse in the extension
Type /p at the end of a supported editable field, or click the floating ball. Search My Prompts, select a Prompt, fill any variables, and insert the result.
The /p text is removed and is not sent to the current website. Escape or the visible cancel/close control exits without inserting.
If /p or direct insertion does not work, open the workspace or side panel and paste.
Recommended Prompts (extension)
Recommended Prompts are a searchable built-in collection for starting points. Access currently requires sign-in. They are not personalized to the account. Read the full Prompt, remove mismatched instructions, then fill variables or continue in Optimize Prompt before saving.
The website library does not show this built-in collection.
Import and export (extension)
Use JSON import and export in the extension Prompt manager to move or keep a copy of your library. This is not the same as signing in for cloud use.
Export from the Prompt manager and keep the file where you control it. Review it before sharing. Import only a supported JSON file or a trusted HTTPS URL, review incoming Prompts, and resolve displayed conflicts. Do not import unknown files, and never store passwords or tokens in Prompt content.
The website library does not provide JSON import or export.
Prompts you saved in the extension before signing in stay in the current browser. After you sign in, the cloud library follows the account. See Account, sign-in & data.
