Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Prizm Prompt website, browser extension, account services, AI features, Prompt cloud library, Member features, and related support channels (collectively, the “Service”). They form an agreement between you and Prizm AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Prizm Prompt is a product of Prizm AI. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must not be under 18. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. AI output and user responsibility

Prizm Prompt uses probabilistic AI systems. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing Prompt content and AI output, checking facts, obtaining required permissions, and deciding whether and how to use the result. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for licensed legal, medical, financial, or other professional judgment.

2. Access and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use Prizm Prompt for lawful purposes.

You must:

• provide accurate account information and protect account credentials;
• use only content you are authorized to process;
• comply with applicable laws and third-party rights;
• respect browser, website, AI-provider, payment-provider, and community terms that apply to your use.

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-violating activity;
• submit malware or attempt unauthorized access;
• bypass security, entitlement, request, storage, purchase, CDK, or other technical limits;
• automate abuse, create false accounts, exploit activities, resell entitlements, or manipulate refunds;
• reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• interfere with the Service or another user’s access.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid fees, or material breach.

3. Accounts, limits, and availability

Some capabilities require sign-in or a current entitlement. Features can be subject to request allowances, model-tier access, Prompt-storage limits, browser compatibility, and other current product constraints. Product UI and server-confirmed state are authoritative for availability and balance.

Visitor Prompts remain in the current browser profile. Signed-in Prompt libraries use authenticated cloud storage. You are responsible for exporting any portable copy you need; the Service does not guarantee unlimited archival storage.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where law or an active paid commitment requires notice or continued coverage, we will follow those obligations.

4. Purchases, fixed periods, and requests

4.1 Pro periods

Prizm Prompt Monthly means one exact 32-day paid period and Yearly means one exact 384-day paid period. Neither label means a natural calendar month or year.

A one-time purchase grants only the selected confirmed fixed period and does not renew. A recurring purchase is billed in advance and renews after the same exact 32-day or 384-day period until cancellation takes effect.

Published baseline prices are denominated in USD. Current price, tax, purchase-mode availability, product details, and Checkout terms are shown before purchase and confirmed by the payment and entitlement systems.

4.2 Cancellation

You can cancel future recurring renewal through an available account control or by contacting support@prizmai.app. Cancellation stops future renewal after it takes effect. Unless applicable law or the confirmed purchase terms require otherwise, access continues through the already-paid current period.

4.3 Extra requests and allowance

Extra request packs add the confirmed request quantity without changing the membership plan. Request cost can vary by selected model tier or feature. Current balance, consumption, expiry behavior, and availability follow the confirmed account state shown in Member. Requests and entitlements are personal to the account and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

4.4 Checkout and payment

The configured payment provider acts as the payment service and may act as Merchant of Record. Payment-card details are processed by that provider under its terms. Opening Checkout, returning to Prizm Prompt, or receiving a frontend completion message does not itself grant access; payment and entitlement must be authoritatively confirmed.

4.5 Refunds

Refund eligibility follows the purchase terms, payment-provider policy, applicable consumer law, product usage, and the circumstances of the request. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise protected by law. Contact support@prizmai.app with the order reference; never send full payment-card details.

5. Prompt content and AI services

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to process that content.

You grant Company and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, display, and otherwise operate your content for the requested Service, security, support, and lawful service improvement consistent with the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

AI output may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for checking output before publication or use.

Account-based AI features can send required input through the Prizm Prompt backend and third-party AI processing services. Provider availability and rules can change. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, payment credentials, complete CDKs, or sensitive information that is not necessary and authorized.

6. Third-party services

The Service can link to or depend on third-party browser platforms, AI processing, authentication, payment, social, and infrastructure services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

Prizm Prompt software, design, branding, documentation, and other Service materials—excluding user content and third-party material—belong to Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant a right to use Prizm Prompt trademarks except as necessary to identify the Service.

If you provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to operate and improve the Service. Do not include confidential information in feedback.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. If you use Prizm Prompt for organizational content, you remain responsible for having authority and providing any notices required for the content you submit.

9. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service, cancel recurring renewal, and request account closure through available controls or support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as payment obligations, content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every page/editor, or accurate and suitable AI output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Service.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Company and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require indemnity for Company’s fraud, unlawful conduct, or responsibility that cannot be transferred by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, except where mandatory law gives you rights in another jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact support@prizmai.app and attempt good-faith informal resolution.

Mandatory local consumer, court, arbitration, small-claims, complaint, and collective-action rights are not waived unless a separately valid and enforceable agreement expressly applies. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable rights in your place of residence.

14. Copyright complaints

To report alleged copyright infringement, contact support@prizmai.app with identification of the protected work, location of the disputed material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature.

15. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in a lawful reorganization, merger, financing, or asset transfer.

We may update these Terms for product, provider, legal, or operational changes. The current version will be posted through the Service, and material changes will be communicated when required. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them; if you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel renewal.
